Abstract

The utility model discloses a blocking wheel connecting rod deviation correcting support roller which comprises a lower beam arranged on a rack, an upper beam arranged on the lower beam through a middle rotating mechanism and a support roller set arranged on the upper beam, wherein the support roller set comprises a middle support roller and two side support rollers. The blocking wheel connecting rod deviation correcting support roller further comprises a left blocking roller support arm, a right blocking roller support arm, a left blocking roller, a right blocking roller, a middle rotating shaft and connecting rod mechanisms, wherein the left blocking roller support arm and the right blocking roller support arm are arranged on the lower beam through a left rotating mechanism and a right rotating mechanism and positioned at two sides of a middle rotating mechanism, the left blocking roller and the right blocking roller are arranged at the top ends of the left blocking roller support arm and the right blocking roller support arm, the middle rotating shaft is connected in the middle rotating mechanism, and the connecting rod mechanisms of a left rotating shaft and a right rotating shaft are connected in the left rotating mechanism and the right rotating mechanism. The blocking wheel connecting rod deviation correcting support roller has the advantages that when tape is deviated and bumps into a blocking wheel, force given by the tape to the left blocking roller support arm or the right blocking roller support arm is reduced by times along with length increasing of the left blocking roller support arm or the right blocking roller support arm, and therefore, a good deviation effect is achieved, meanwhile abrasion of the tape is reduced, and service life of the tape is prolonged.
本实用新型公开了一种挡轮连杆纠偏托辊,包括:一安装在机架上的下横梁;一通过中间旋转机构安装在所述下横梁上的上横梁;安装在所述上横梁上的托辊组,所述托辊组包括一个中托辊和两个侧托辊;其还包括:通过左、右旋转机构安装在所述下横梁上的左、右挡辊支撑臂,所述左、右挡辊支撑臂位于所述中间旋转机构的两侧;安装在所述左、右挡辊支撑臂顶端的左、右挡辊;一连接所述中间旋转机构中的中间转轴和左、右旋转机构中的左、右转轴的连杆机构。本实用新型的优点在于:当胶带跑偏碰到挡轮时,胶带给左或右挡辊支撑臂的力随着左或右挡辊支撑臂的长度增加而成倍的减少。从而在达到良好的纠偏效果同时减少了胶带的磨损,延长了胶带的寿命。
