Abstract

本发明是关于一种评估牙种植体稳定性的扭转振动共振频率测量法及新型变幅杆,评估牙种植体稳定性的扭转振动共振频率测量法包括:安装新型变幅杆、变幅杆-牙种植体系统的扭转振动模态激励、共振信号采集、共振频率分析。其可探测牙种植体的稳定性,临床连续检测牙种植体的骨愈合,指导牙种植体临床修复时机的选择。本发明采用的新型变幅杆由防旋转水平双翼部件和中央螺栓组成,该新型变幅杆有利于激励牙种植体的扭转振动,由此检测扭转振动模态下的牙种植体共振频率,提高对牙种植体骨界面区骨质刚性的敏感性,避免非相关因素的混杂影响,探测牙种植体的稳定性,为连续检测和研究牙种植体的骨愈合提供一种科学、有效的检测手段。
The invention relates to a torsional vibration resonance frequency measurement method used for assessing dental implant stability, and a novel horn. The torsional vibration resonance frequency measurement method comprises the steps that: the novel horn is mounted; horn-dental implant system torsional vibration mode excitation is carried out; resonance signals are collected, and resonance frequency is analyzed. With the method dental implant stability can be detected, dental implant bone healing can be clinically continuously detected, and dental implant clinical reparation time selection can be guided. The novel horn adopted by the invention is composed of an anti-rotation horizontal double-wing part and a central bolt. With the novel horn, torsional vibration of the dental implant can be exited, and dental implant resonance frequency under the torsional vibration mode can be detected. Therefore, sensitivity to dental implant bone interface area bone rigidity is improved, non-related factor confounding effects are avoided, and dental implant stability is detected. A scientific and effective detection means is provided for continuous detection and researches on dental implant bone healing.
