Abstract

瓷砖地板空洞检测仪,包括微处理器、A/D转换器、声电传感器、音频放大器、电声转换器、显示缓存器、显示器,其特征在于:微处理器产生变频电流,变频电流的频率受A/D转换器控制,变频电流经过音频放大器放大后,驱动电声转换器的振动头振动,电声转换器的振动头周期性地对瓷砖发生作用,瓷砖做受迫振动,瓷砖与地面间或瓷砖与墙体间的空洞组成共振箱,由于共鸣效应,大幅增加了音量,会听到较大声响,从而检测出地板或墙壁中间有空洞,测出共鸣声波频率,通过显示缓冲器转换,便可在显示器上准确读出空洞大小。此法检测瓷砖与地面间或瓷砖与墙体间的空洞,简单、高效、施工方与户主容易达成共识,便于及时整改,消除空洞隐患。此检测仪为相关部门制定家装地板砖施工质量标准提供了参考。
A tile floor cavity detector comprises a microprocessor, an A/D converter, an acoustoelectric sensor, an audio frequency amplifier, an electroacoustic transducer, a display buffer and a display. The tile floor cavity detector is characterized in that the microprocessor generates a variable frequency current, the frequency of the variable frequency current is controlled by the A/D converter, the variable frequency current is amplified by the audio frequency amplifier and drives the vibration head of the electroacoustic transducer to vibrate, a tile is periodically acted by the vibration head of the electroacoustic transducer and vibrates in a forced manner, cavities between the tile and the ground or between the tile and a wall compose a resonant tank, so the volume is greatly increased because of the resonance effect, and a large sound can be heard, thereby cavities in the floor or the wall are detected, the resonance sound wave frequency can be detected, and the sizes of the cavities can be accurately read out in the display through the transition of the display buffer. The method of the detector for detecting the cavities between the tile and the ground or between the tile and the wall has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency, easy reaching of a common consensus between a construction side and a householder, convenient timely rectification, and elimination of the hidden trouble of the cavities. The detector provides a reference for the setting of a home floor tile construction quality standard by a relevant department.
