Abstract

The invention relates to a 3D (three-dimensional) optical diaphragm and a preparation method. The 3D optical diaphragm can be attached to a portable equipment display screen; screen ray is subjected to the optical transmission of the 3D optical diaphragm to realize the naked eye 3D effect; the 3D optical diaphragm comprises a transparent diaphragm material layer and a slit grating layer on the transparent diaphragm material layer, wherein the transparent diaphragm material layer comprises zinc oxide nano-particles and 1,8-diiodooctane additive; the slit grating layer is prepared from electronic ink; the transmittance of the transparent diaphragm material layer is increased by the zinc oxide nano-particles; the viewpoint width of the 3D optical diaphragm is improved; the double image degree is lowered; the dispersibility and the evenness of the zinc oxide nano-particles are improved by the 1,8-diiodooctane additive; and finally, the 3D display effect is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种新型3D光学立体膜片及制备方法,此3D光学立体膜片可以贴附在便携式设备显示屏上,屏幕光线通过此3D光学立体膜片的光学传播,就能实现裸眼3D效果,所述的3D光学立体膜片包括透明膜材层和透明膜材层上的狭缝光栅层,该透明膜材层包含氧化锌纳米颗粒和1,8-二碘辛烷添加剂,该狭缝光栅层是由电子墨水制备而成,该氧化锌纳米颗粒增加了透明膜材层的透过率,提高了该3D光学立体膜片的视点宽度,降低了重影度,该1,8-二碘辛烷添加剂提高了氧化锌纳米颗粒的分散性和均匀性,最终增强了3D显示效果。
