The invention discloses an Internet-based controllable pushing and playing system with a key coupling function. The system is characterized by comprising an owning end, a control end, a storage end and a using end. A working method for the Internet-based controllable pushing and playing system with the key coupling function comprises the following steps that: an owner can multi-dimensionally control the storage end by using a key through the control end to acquire contents from the using end, feeds back using information and updates dimension information. By the method, the content owner can easily and conveniently distribute contents of the own intellectual property in a controllable feedback multi-dimensional control manner; and furthermore, specific equipment and software are bound to play the contents, so that the intellectual property with the contents can be protected.
