Abstract

The invention provides a low-salt overwintering and breeding method of portunus trituberculatus. The method comprises the following steps that: manual seed selection parent crabs without any diseases are selected; low-salt seawater is used for carrying out parent crab overwintering and juvenile crab breeding, so as to avoid causing diseases and vertical disease transmission in an overwintering and breeding period; during the overwintering period, underground bittern and fresh water are used for mixing and preparing low-salt seawater for the overwintering, so as to cut off a transmission path of the diseases; baits are reasonably matched, and have complete nutrition, so as to accelerate the healthy development of parent crab embryos; the seawater with the 2 per mill salt degree is adopted to carry out juvenile crab breeding to simulate a natural environment which is suitable for egg laying of the parent crabs and juvenile crab growth, so that the yield and the quality of the juvenile crabs are improved; and the salt degree and the temperature of the sweater in a breeding pool are adjusted to be same as those of an outdoor cultivating pool at the time of 24 hours before the juvenile crabs are output, so as to avoid causing stress reaction due to that the environment is greatly changed. According to the low-salt overwintering and breeding method of the portunus trituberculatus, the overwintering survival rate and the juvenile crab yield of the portunus trituberculatus are improved and the outdoor cultivation survival rate is greatly improved; and the low-salt overwintering and breeding method of the portunus trituberculatus can be widely applied to sea-near sea areas and river mouth regions and has the obvious economic benefits.
本发明提供了一种三疣梭子蟹低盐越冬和育苗方法,本发明选用不携带任何病害的人工选育亲蟹,采用低盐海水进行亲蟹越冬、苗种培育,可以避免越冬培育期间引起病害的发生与垂直传播;越冬期间采用地下卤水、淡水调配低盐海水进行越冬,切断病害的传播途径;饵料搭配合理,营养齐全,促进亲蟹胚胎健康发育;采取20‰盐度的海水进行苗种培育,模仿亲蟹排幼、幼体生长的自然环境,提高苗种的产量、质量;苗种出池前24h,将育苗池中海水盐度、温度调至与室外养殖池中相同,避免环境改变太大导致应激反应。本发明可提高三疣梭子蟹亲蟹越冬成活率和苗种产量,室外养殖成活率也大大提高,并且可广泛应用于近海海域及河口地区,具有显著的经济效益。
