Abstract

本发明公开了一种不需阀门控制的连续出料装置,包括连接法兰、外壳、电动机、轴、扁平蝶形容器、孔和盖子,所述扁平蝶形容器内放置有固体球状的颗粒料,扁平蝶形容器外面设置有外壳,外壳与扁平蝶形容器之间形成均匀间隙,扁平蝶形容器的中部与轴连接,轴的一端与装有减速机的电动机的轴配合,电动机固定在外壳上,扁平蝶形容器的壁上设有和所述颗粒料直径大小相对应的孔,扁平蝶形容器的进料口处设有盖子,外壳的底部安装有起颗粒料出口和支撑作用的连接法兰。本发明能实现需要出料的时候可以连续均匀地出料,不需出料时即可停止,整个过程不用阀门控制,结构简单,运行效果理想。
The invention discloses a continuous discharging device without valve control, which comprises a connecting flange, a casing, a motor, a shaft, a flat butterfly-shaped vessel, holes and a cover; spherical solid granules are put into the flat butterfly-shaped vessel; the casing is arranged outside the flat butterfly-shaped vessel; uniform gaps are formed between the casing and the flat butterfly-shaped vessel; the middle of the flat butterfly-shaped vessel is connected with the shaft; one end of the shaft is matched with a shaft of the motor equipped with a speed reducer; the motor is fixed on the casing; the holes with the diameters corresponding to the diameters of the granules are formed on the wall of the flat butterfly-shaped vessel; the cover is arranged at a feed opening of the flat butterfly-shaped vessel; and the connecting flange serving as the granule outlet and playing the role of supporting is installed at the bottom of the casing. The continuous discharging device can continuously and evenly discharge materials during the discharging process, can be stopped when the material is not required to be discharged, is not required to be controlled with a valve in the whole process, and has the advantages of simple structure and ideal running effect.
